1. General
These terms set out the rules for enrolling on courses and dives, buying vouchers and renting equipment run by JOOD Usługi Techniczne i Projektowe Sp. z o.o., ul. Na Zjeździe 11/5P, 30-527 Kraków, KRS 0001197718, NIP 6772531284 (Dive Krakow). We teach to PADI and CMAS standards. Contact: dive@divekrakow.com, +48 451 653 223.
2. Enrolment and payment
Enrolment is confirmed once the school confirms the date. The deposit, due date and payment method (bank transfer, BLIK or others stated in the offer) are set in your individual offer. Prices are in Polish zloty and include applicable tax unless the offer says otherwise.
3. Conditions of participation
Participants complete the PADI medical statement before any in-water session. A doctor’s approval is required where indicated. A minor is enrolled by a parent or legal guardian. The minimum age follows PADI standards for each course (for example, 10 for Open Water Diver). Advanced and technical courses, including the final programme of the Tsereve Challenge, require the prerequisites listed on the course page. Participants follow the instructor’s directions and safety rules.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
A participant can reschedule free of charge if they tell us at least 7 days before the session. For later cancellations the deposit may be non-refundable if the session cannot be moved. The school may change a date because of weather, water conditions or safety. If we cannot offer a new date, we refund the amount paid for the part of the service not provided.
5. Withdrawal and complaints
A consumer who concluded a contract at a distance or away from business premises may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, unless the law excludes it, for example where the contract fixes a date or period for sport or leisure services. Notify withdrawal in writing at dive@divekrakow.com. We accept complaints at the same address and answer them within 14 days. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example mediation at the Voivodeship Trade Inspectorate.
6. Vouchers
A voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed for the course or service stated on it. The date is agreed with the school. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and expire after the validity period.
7. Equipment rental
We rent equipment to course participants and certified divers. We may take a deposit when issuing equipment. The renter is responsible for loss and for damage beyond normal wear, and returns the equipment on the agreed date. Technical diving equipment is issued to people with the appropriate certification.
8. Image rights
We may take photos and videos during courses. We publish them only with the consent given in the registration form, which you can withdraw at any time.
9. Personal data and final provisions
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. These terms are governed by Polish law. Changes to the terms do not affect contracts concluded earlier. Last updated: November 2026.
