Tsereve is Everest spelled backwards. For divers, 100+ metres is the Mount Everest of scuba diving: far fewer people have dived that deep than have stood on top of Everest. The Tsereve Challenge takes you there in a planned way: training first, then warm-up dives, and finally the descent to 100+ metres.
You do not need technical diving experience. You can start from zero or from any point in your diving, even if you already hold a Tec Trimix 65 certification. We build the programme from where you are now.
Start where you are
Starting from zero
First the Open Water Diver certification in Kraków, then the next levels: Advanced, nitrox, deep and technical.
Already Open Water or Advanced
You build depth and gas skills: nitrox, deep and the basics of technical diving.
Diving technically
Tec 40, 45 and 50 lead to helium mixes and multi-gas decompression.
Hold Tec Trimix 65 or Trimix
You go straight to the warm-up dives and the final programme of descents to 100+ m.
The three stages
1. Training
Courses and skills at your level, from Open Water to Tec Trimix: theory, gas and decompression planning, working with helium mixes.
2. Warm-up dives
More dives build experience, team procedures and confidence. Depth grows gradually before you move to the final.
3. The descent to 100+ metres
We run the final programme in cooperation with Dive Aqaba in Aqaba, on the Red Sea. It lasts 6 days: you start at 65 m and go deeper every day, down to 100+ m.
Requirements for the final programme
To join the final programme you need the following. If you do not have them yet, that is what the training stage is for.
- Age: at least 20 years
- PADI Tec Trimix Diver certification (or equivalent)
- At least 50 logged decompression dives
- Emergency oxygen first aid certificate (or equivalent)
- Your own dive computer with trimix support
- Your own technical diving equipment (except cylinders)
In the final programme
- 5 days of technical diving on a twinset with all the gases and blends you need
- Helium costs
- Boat hire and logistics
- A challenge completion certificate
- A free Tsereve t-shirt
In cooperation with Dive Aqaba
We run the final dives together with Dive Aqaba, the dive school in Aqaba that has run technical diving on the Red Sea for years. Dive Aqaba is a separate business linked to Dive Krakow. You train and prepare with us, and do the final with them.
Safety comes first
Diving to 100+ metres is among the most demanding dives there are. That is why the programme is gradual, requires the prerequisites and good health. You complete the PADI medical form, and if in doubt you need a doctor’s approval. We do not promise shortcuts.
