Prerequisites
- PADI Open Water Diver (or Junior Open Water Diver, or equivalent) – see PADI Open Water Diver.
- Age 12 or older (ages 10 and 11 can take the Junior level, to 21 m).
What you will gain
- Five adventure dives: a Deep Dive and an Underwater Navigation Dive, plus three more of your choice.
- Greater confidence and experience under instructor supervision.
- A depth limit of 30 m (21 m for juniors).
- Credit toward specialties such as PADI Deep Diver, PADI Underwater Navigator, PADI Night Diver, PADI Wreck Diver and PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy.
How the course works
This course is about experience, not about hard exams. You learn by diving. Complete the theory with PADI eLearning to save time on holiday. Already took PADI Adventure Diver? Those dives count here. Afterwards you can head three ways: PADI Master Scuba Diver (the “black belt” of recreational diving), the professional path with PADI Divemaster, or technical diving, starting with PADI Tec Basics.

100+ metres is the Mount Everest of scuba diving. Far fewer people have dived that deep than have stood on top of Everest. Join the challenge: training, warm-up dives and the descent to 100+ m. Start from zero or from any point in your diving, even as a Tec Trimix 65 diver.
